About Cassiano Olivo:

I am a Web and Visual Designer with over 13 years of experience creating websites, landing pages, interfaces, visual identities, and digital communication assets. Throughout my career, I have contributed to more than 500 projects for companies and professionals across different industries.

My professional journey began in graphic and visual design and gradually expanded into web design, UI/UX, front-end implementation, and digital production. This combination allows me to develop solutions that balance visual quality, usability, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

At Solução Digital, I worked on website and landing page projects while coordinating the workflow of a five-person design and development team. This experience strengthened my ability to organize production, communicate with clients and developers, and maintain consistency throughout the delivery process.

I also developed a strong background in team coordination and operations, including the leadership of customer service teams of up to 64 professionals at Scopel. These experiences improved my communication, organization, problem-solving, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Today, I work independently through Etérea Digital, my creative practice and professional laboratory. Through Etérea, I develop websites, interfaces, visual identities, and digital assets while exploring new design systems, workflows, technologies, and AI-assisted creative tools.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Design and am currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management and a postgraduate specialization in Digital Technologies and Distance Learning.
